i mean don't get me wrong the album is good but these 5/5 ratings are ridiculous

Just like some people think some of your 5/5 ratings are ridiculous, it's all opinion. I don't think the interlude tracks are filler at all even though I can see where you're coming from.

lol not really, this has been leaked for like a few fucking days, it usually takes me a very long time to 5 something

the quickest 5 i've ever done is the new summoning yeah but i've at least had that for 2 months before 5ing it

i mean if it's totally what you're feeling then whatever but the sheer amount of people doing it makes me raise an eyebrow

This is definitely the fastest 5 I've ever given an album, but yeah, it's what I'm feeling as of right now. Again though, I understand what you mean.

I enjoyed some parts but it became boring and uninspired and tedious to sit through one song [2]

but it's overlong and every performance by the vocalist sounds the same and the interludes (except the first one) are useless

Disagree! It's an hour long with the interludes, but the actual "tracks" only measure 45 minutes. Irresistible is a fantastic outro for Dream House and the second half of Please Remember is also good. Windows is a bit eh, though.

I don't have a problem with the vocals sounding too samey, but they do sound a bit weaker--almost strained--this time around. Which is weird, since his voice sounds fine live.

Does the blast section toward the beginning of Vertigo remind anyone of Wittr's Black Cascade? I keep getting a massive Wittr vibe, instrumentally *and* vocally, which has never happened to me before with this band.

let's just all call it post-rock since it actually lives up to that phrase in a way that sigur ros being gay never did.

I don't get a Wittr vibe from this at all.
