I have pretty mixed feelings for the new album. The new single is harmless, though.

Finally, someone else who likes Crooked Young. Glad I'm not alone. And TIAH doesn't scream poseurs. It's pretty complex if you deconstruct it, pretty great lyrically, and fairly progressive in the realms of metalcore.

The build up was promising, just the lackluster peak, which is weak as hell, considering the rest of the album packs a fair punch in terms of production.

I loved the ending/climax, but I can see why others wouldn't. Hopefully their next album will take the best parts of this, TIAH, and SS, giving us their best work.
