The more I listen to it the more I realize how repetitive the ambiance is. I dig it a lot and I love when bands can incorperate it into heavy stuff, but there's this one drawn out tone from the lead guitar that just drones on behind the rhythm in almost every song... I still really dig it but the parts that shine are when the ambiance is changed up a bit, like the Egyptian chorus humming in the background of the climax in "Worldeater". I don't know, just thought I'd drop my random two cents in here, ha.

If you want to be a fan boy Youtube is the place to be. Definitely not here. I'm not a fan boy of this band, l just find them enjoyable.

Anyone who expected them to change dramatically from discoveries is over-analyzing. I pretty much got the album I expected to get so yeah. Definitely not a 4.5. Probably like a 3.5 at the highest.

Idk man, the vocals and drumming are above average, the guitar tone is awesome, and there are many enjoyable parts. Scarab l can see is unanimously liked, but l think Masquerade, Dream Awake, Worldeater, Quantum Flux are all great.
