Man, the title track got me hard last night at work. Started thinking about death, life, famiily, friends, ambitions and stuff. Really touchy stuff. This album is growing alot on me

Damn Dimor, even SW wasn't thinking about that stuff when he wrote the album

The title track is about his dead sister so yeah, he kinda did

Actually the dead sister of the character he invented for that story. Still a touching story.

This album isn't as bad as I thought. It's sort of growing on me. Holy Drinker brings the whole thing down a lot though.

The govan solo in The Pin Drop is so good.

I'm probably the biggest Steven Wilson fan in the universe, but I'm just really getting sick of the direction he's taking with his solo albums. I really loved GFD, but this 70s prog revival is getting old really fast. He NEEDS to change it up on the next album.

finally got this...i loved GFD so let's see how much i dig this one

wtf holy drinker sounds just like Sectarian

@Keyblade
Yeah, it's got those insane pseudo-fusion breaks. I loved both tracks though.
Honestly, I'm not understanding this hate for "The Holy Drinker", I thought it was an incredible track. The instrumental parts rule, but Steven's singing on it is a little stale.
