How is Jesse the downfall of any of the tracks? Jesse sounds phenomenal. The Autumn Effect is my favorite alt. metal/hard rock album of all time, and honestly, after FTW I didn't think they would turn it around like this - though I knew they could.

Yeah, if anything Jesse -makes- the track in most cases. And I think their label was responsible for FTW, which is why they went independent.

I don't really like his delivery at times. On some tracks he is phenomenal though.

When don't you like his delivery? I'm just curious.

Backash and the title track come to mind.

Really find myself liking "Soma." It's the one track I seem to listen to more than the others. And I wholly disagree about it being weaker than "Fix Me" I think it's better by far. "Fix Me" just came off as bland radio rock.

On a side note, I absolutely love the acoustic version of Soma, particularly the chorus. It has a sort of urgency that really propels it along and gives it a more brisk pacing.

So far this is pretty enjoyable, the vocals still are one of my favorite parts of the band.

So far I think my favorites are Sowing Season, Dancing with the Dead and Tightrope. BTW off topic, who else thinks that fraility could hold its own in any of 10 Years albums. I think it is a phenomenal track.

As far as KATHY tracks go, "Silhouette Of A Life" is tops for me.

Great track but Fraility just has this vibe that makes it standout for me. SEVEN isnt terrible either.

This album keeps getting better and better imo. It started off a little bit boring as I think that has been many peoples' impressions so far but try giving it several listens and I think it will grow on you.

"Soma" is one of my favorites right now; I am really glad they are in full creative control again of their music, it really came through on this album.

Funny thing is as much as I think it At A Loss is a great track, I find it to be the weakest in KATHY.

It's decent at first, not totally memorable though. I think it warrants a second listen.

Also, At A Loss is my favorite 10 Years song.

After looking forward to this for a while, I was left feeling somewhat disappointed by this. Yeah it has good songs, however I think it has some filler on it. Which is something that I generally believe was not present on the past few releases prior to this.

10 Years consistently puts out a solid effort into each of their albums. Soma, Writing on the Walls, and Knives are some of their best work yet.
