The compressions get a bit tiring after a while, a bit like a one-trick pony sorta deal. I like it, but it doesn't lend itself well to repeat listens.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I understand where it might get repetitive but not many electronic projects utilize it nearly enough. Also i don't think many people understand how hard it is to produce music like this with such a prevalent low end with compressions and not have the samples be drowned out in the mix.

i think the sidechain compression is cool but it's true that it's overused to the point of being gimmicky here, it will probably age poorly because of it.
