I wish this had a visual companion. I imagine Hospital Requiem to be the character surrendering to death to get back to Sanda. Foliage Pathway is that Journey from the real world to this fantastical one. Leraine is where the Kingdom comes into focus from a distance, the protagonist has to cross a body of water blanketed in fog to get to The Realms of Sanda. And so on and so forth.

This makes me tear up sometimes it's that beautiful. I remember going through almost every emotion listening to this at some stage in my life since I first listened to this. Unreal atmosphere here; brings you to an almost heroin like daze and keeps you hooked in this surreal childlike world.
