It's a good album...but This Is Love then The Truth are there 1 and 2's. Every album of theirs has standout tracks though.

I would honestly swap out The Truth for Portrait Of The Goddess

@balls, I've actually met them all before. my friend in orange county used to practice at the same space they did.
I had a hard time forming a sentence around marta. they were all really chill and sounded bad ass in their room.
Jealous dude.

Never really got into "This Love" at all. I found that the entire album blended together.

If my memory serves me correctly I got The Truth the first day it came out and thought the same thing. WTF, singing choruses, clean production. It caught me off guard and for a bit I disliked it. Over the years it grew on me and man...when I saw them live The Truth songs in particular really killed.

"Kill To Believe" would be a great live jam.

I like that Black Metal is in the genre description now. Not too sure about that.

Ehhh it's sputnik you get used to the taggings.
Marta married Phil from Machine Head not sure you guys knew that. Going TMZ on your asses.

m/ the bands should collab.

The Truth is my favorite, I think their heavier stuff benefits from being more streamlined and I enjoy all the clean sections. This Is Love is second. Declaration I enjoyed at first but it has grown off me the most out of all their album. S/T sucked. Won't listen to this. Haven't heard the rest.
