Let's say you had high expectations for an album because it was a band you really liked and their
previous stuff before the album was great. Then it turns out that the album was a cheese factory and
it was incredibly embarrassing to listen to and you're just really really hoping that it something
would at least take itself seriously, but it doesn't. You'd think that'd be wrong, wouldn't you? You
were embarrassed to listen to it, but you were really hoping you would like it.

Not really. For me a guilty pleasure or being embarrassed by something implies that you've already passed judgement on it, you've made up your mind. I actually don't understand how someone could be embarrassed by something they're still trying to figure out
