i definately agree with neutral on colors. If you think it's wank for sake of being wank you are fucking deaf. If you don't like it it's fine i just think you suck at listening to music especially if you think corelia is that good which it isn't, nothing even stands out that much on this. Also colors has so many epic moments that are unlike anything else. The outro to whitewalls is probably the best ending to any album i've ever heard.

yeah I do love that part. i love wanky shit anyway I like showoffy ridiculousness but even more importantly I like melodically crazy shit so colors has always been one of my faves, the haters can hate everyone has their own opinion but I love it, and its definitely far better than this

Yeah, there's a distinct difference between just mindless musical wank, and musical wank that actually makes sense within the context of the music. Ants of the Sky is crazy, and it goes in directions that people wouldn't expect it to, but it sounds great.

i used to be obsessed with dt. Ive seen em 2 times live. As I started to listen to other music I kept going back and hating their style and most importantly James Labrie more and more. Now I can't stomach most of their stuff besides Awake and most of Train of Thought, their attempts at ballads are fucking horrendous and so bad I cant even see the names of those songs, and James Labrie is possibly the worst fit for a band, ever. Fuck DT. Seriously have you heard the more poppy songs on Images and Words or Scenes? Christ its fucking worse than vomit.
