I actually haven't listened to the Vault of Membros but I heard it was better then this. I actually just gave this it's first proper listen the other day and it's definitely growing on me. 3.5 for now but it may grow. Some parts tend to drag.

i def had to up the rating on this, such a solid album, they def have their own feel, i can't say these guys sounds like them or them, they stand alone on their march, looking foward to next release

listened to Blaspherian, Desolate Shrine, and Flourishing last night and this morning
I thought Flourishing was terrible, gave a me a nasty deathcore feeling
however...... Blaspherian and Desolate Shrine own, def good, i prefer the prod on Blasph
still havent checked out Cianide yet,
another however...... if Impetuous Ritual released their's this year it would be way up there
