Last two songs are so good.

Need to listen more to determine just how much I like this.

Fuck does this website let anything new stay above a 4.2?

"I dont know why, but frank turner leads to booze and booze leads to me putting my arm through a table. "

Leads to miles having a good chuckle.

Also this is the album of the year.

On first listen the second half isn't so good, but I'm sure it'll grow on me.

Haha. Excellent review as per usual, Adam. I look forward to hearing this.

Album is awesome after the first listen, if it grows on me at all than it may become a 5. It's so versatile.

I'm interested to see how it is received live. All of his songs just beg you to scream along to every word but I can imagine disgruntled Christian fans staying silent during the chorus.

Have you paid attention to the verses? He isn't mocking those who believe. I see it as him celebrating his own belief while asking those who share it to join along. It comes off as comforting rather than patronizing.

as someone who agrees wholeheartedly with every word of that song, it's perfect.

Decent review i suppose, although you don't give any reference point for this album other than his past music. So for those who haven't heard his previous work, this isn't very helpful. Album is sounding good so far to me though.

Also, Glory Hallelujah is extremely naive.
