It seems my son did purchase the album too quickly. He paid 10 bucks at ITunes and he never talked to me about any DVD. For myself, videos are non-fonctionals into my comp since a while. By mistake perhaps I once deleted a program I shouldn't. Computer is a bitch.

Aha. I see. I've got a physical copy with extra DVD which has the whole concert plus making of the
album. In total it's almost 2 hours of footage. So it's worth buying for sure.

Nice way to spend 2 hours for sure. I'll see what I can do with it.

I've also acquired King Crimson's Red (40th anniversary edition) with extra DVD that also includes
some live footage. Awesome stuff!

Don't get me wrong its a great album, but i just didn't feel it. I think its because I burnt myself out of beardfish before the album came out. still listen to sleeping in traffic prt2 every now and then

I'm really not the biggest fan of their previous albums, which you can imply from the review. Still, I totally understand you. The same thing happened to me with some other bands.

NOT a breakthrough... better than Destined, but not as good as Sleeping. Nice album.

Yeah I agree, Sleeping are slightly better than this. Sleeping need some time to grow on you while Mammoth saturates pretty quickly.

I think all their albums prior to this one are flawed. I stated why in the review.

While you back up very well your points, I still think Sleeping I and II have more meat. If only both of them were hard rock oriented, chances are good that you would change yout mind. But it's just me.
edit; Destined Solitaire is good but not great. Fixed.

Great song. Can't wait to hearing the studio version. Chances are good it was performed here in Québec 'cause the singer is finishing with a ''Merci!''
I also noticed that youtube is leading that clip toward some videos performed by Jelly Fiche, a relatively new prog band from Montreal. I was supposed to audition for them as a drummer in summer of 2009 and finally gave up. boooooooo

How come did you miss this show? Haven't heard of Jelly Fiche so the chances are they're not very good. Don't worry.

Québec is actually only one possibility, it could be in France, Suisse, etc.. But if they did come here, I would prolly have heard about it (I hope so!). Jelly Fiche only released an album in 2008 I think. Not bad, but too derivative for my taste...they didn't invent anything, really.
