Criq, I absolutely agree that music should be judged independently, based upon its own merits and artists' intention. However, with the Weeknd reverberating through my synaptic network, I'm finding it difficult to step out from under it's balloon shaped shadows. I need some time with this album to let it gain some breathing room. It's growing on me.
