It was the first black metal album I ever listened to back sometime last winter. Several things about it caught me off guard like the relatively high pitched riffing and the guy's retarded-high vocals. But it wasn't bad. At least Ishahn's vocals aren't really the norm in BM apparently from what I'm hearing lately.
I'm listening to Bergtatt's first track right now... you sure this is black metal? lol

No Succubus in Rapture? That's my second favorite. This is damn close to five, middle drags just a little.

Easily the best Dimmu album. I find this very enjoyable, that I do. Mourning Palace and Spellboud By The Devil are awesome. And A Succubus in Rapture might be my favorite Dimmu song.
