I will next time...this album is the exception to that general rule and I think it was a bad one to pick for a first review, as I believe I mentioned earlier.

I like this comment. The way I see it if your going to be a band that follows God you should be poetic just like God is. Anything else is annoying and generic. Then on top of that you don't think the sound was good enough to write about. So what I got from this is you saying it has straight forward typical lyrics and low quality musical atmosphere to go with it? .... why are you positively rating this? I dont get how you can say its good for what its trying to be, I could say owl city is good for what It's trying to be, that doesn't mean its actually good or worth listening to. Just because they throw a Christian label on it and sing about God doesn't prove to me I should look into it even if I were Christian and the lyrics did apply to me. You need to write from an un religious stand point as to whats good about this album not what's Christian about this album.

Or we could all accept that music is subjective and move on with our lives.

I refuse to listen to religious music in general, because the lyrics or people usually make me laugh so hard my stomache hurts.

Cause to be completely honest with you kimm, the way you describe the music sounds like a 1.5 and you say the album is brought up by the lyrics but the three lyrics you quote are: a passage from the bible, an extremely cheesy sounding line about passion and stuff (like they might as well have just written don't give up), and Ride em cowboy.

I mean you don't really show where it goes from 1.5 to 3. I haven't posd or negged personally because your writting isn't bad but the review doesn't prove its point imo
