really? every song is an obvious highlight for me, except blue carolina. reranking all their songs for when the new album comes out this dominated the upper half of the list including the number 1
burned is the house and in my stomach are maybe the two best songs from the agony sessions and the broken wing ep is some of dan's best material ever. much better than basically everything off my shame is true

every song on that ep should've been on that album instead of like, kiss you to death and one last dance. i can't really get an album to flow right as well as alternate versions of agony i've played with but yeah the broken wing songs are some of my favorite alkaline trio tracks since crimson

If I was to cut a Dan song it'd have to be I, Pessimist. The Mcllarth feature seems weird and out of place

yea there ya go this is basically all the good songs from those sessions. until death do us part and one last dance have pretty sick choruses but the lyrics are pretty bad on both of those songs. kiss you to death just has the bad lyrics without much in the way of a solid melody but derek is at least pretty solid on the song
