Like, use unpitched percussion and use a military snare, click on the measure, press N then F9, click on "Drums." Write a cadence. Save it to your desktop as a wav file. Then right-click. Press record. Speed it up and make the volume really loud and save it. Pick random places to overdub it.

Do the same with horns and synths and other shit and layer it on top of each other until you have like sixty tracks in a 30 second duration and it's loud as all fucking hell.
