I would generally say to start with Chocolate and Cheese, but the Mollusk is an alright place to start with too. Pure Guava or Quebec would be nice follow ups as well. When it comes to Ween, the best thing to do is to take any advice Ars gives you, but if I were to suggest stuff from where you are, I'd go with this order.
Mollusk (since you started with it) - Chocolate and cheese - pure guava - quebec - white pepper - the pod - godweensatan - country greats - cucuracha - anything i'm forgetting (they have quite a bit of music i havent heard yet).

listen to white pepper

Because of the psychedelic pop elements. White Pepper is even more Beatle-esque, especially "Even If You Don't" and "Falling Out"
White Pepper's a bit boring in spots though, so I'd suggest Quebec first.

i'm disgusted with myself. I'm 27 and today is the first time I have listened to Ween properly...
Ween has become my new crush. They're sort of a more accessible Bungle upon first listens.
This is in a 4-4.5 stage currently.

"Quebec is better than cheese and chocolate"
nah, Quebec is wonderful, but the first half is way better so a lot the 2nd half comes off as a bit weak
