That's this album bane. It's preceded by two absolute masterpieces of the genre. It just can't compare to them, yet as I'm listening to this rn I feel it doesn't deserve the worst Immo tag. I used to considere this the worst Immolation album but I'm changing that. This is better than Kingdom definitely. GOAT band anyway, not a single bad album

There's some decent Immo material on here but this is their first album (chronologically speaking) where I'm experiencing passages that struggle to hold my attention. More than a lil genuine filler perhaps. Also, the attempts at deviating from their 'stock' vox don't suit them imo.
