I like both Bitches Brew and Kind of Blue more.
|
| |
I prefer Kind of Blue and Sketches of Spain to name two.
His fusion stuff has never really done it for me as much his earlier stuff. Still like this though.

I really like both, took me quite a while to get into Bitches Brew though.
Do you dislike fusion in general or do you have some albums you really like?
|
| |
I definitely prefer jazz to jazz fusion but I don't dislike fusion. Miles' fusion albums (including this) are among the fusion albums I like along with Mahavishnu Orchestra's first two (obvs) and Billy Cobham's Spectrum (Bolin's guitar playing is just incredible on that album).
Larry Coryell is one of my favourite jazz/fusion guitarists so I like a lot his stuff/other artists' albums he featured on too.

Ah cool, I'll check some of those, I've already heard Mahavishnu Orchestra's debut and I love it. I haven't heard of those others, so definitely looking into that.
