Anybody go download that new release from their website? "Perfect Insanity" i think it was called...
Its pretty ok I guess...it sounds alot like something from Ten Thousand Fists & its actually got a nifty little solo in it if i recall correctly. I'm curious to see how album 4 will turn out...and I can't wait to see em this summer wiith Slipknot.

Stricken is a pretty tight song. Besides that, I don't rate this band whatsoever. Extremely overrated.

I think Disturbed had an interesting thing going on their first two albums, taking the nu-metal fad and adding their own sound and a bit of complexity to the music. But it's like they started to develop good songwriting skills on Believe then just decided to quit and sound like what everbody else sounded like two years earlier. Lame. The Phil Collins song was fun at first but that too lost its appeal pretty quickly.

This was one of the albums that got me into heavier music. I find it fun still and Stricken is one kick ass song, but it does get boring in spots.

Yeah this and Believe both helped me get into heavier music but now they're painfully average to me. I could still listen to Overburdened and enjoy it though.

The only thing I ever liked about this band was the singer's voice. It reminds me of this creepy preacher guy I saw once who loved to scream "burn in hell."

I hate all these nu-metal bands
but im not gonna lie..stricken is a good song

Terrible band, terrible music. I just hate Disturbed's attitudes and opinion on themselves. They honestly think they are gods among mere mortals, seriously just gtfo.
To me the name 10,000 fists just feels like they have realised what I wished would happen to Disturbed.

As if Opeth doesn't think they are Gods...

This album IMO is Disturbed's second best album. Indestructible is the first. In this album they prove that they are no longer nu metal and that they are just plain hardrock. My favorite songs off this album are Guarded, Stricken (has a short but very sweet guitar solo), Sons of Plunder, Overburdened, and Land of Confusion. BTW for those who diss this album are just plain retarded. Yes the sickness was good but it was nu metal. Down With The Sickness was so overplayed it got old, other than that none of the songs stuck out. I thought Believe was super weak. The only good song off of it IMO was Remember. All in All this band definitly keeps improving with each album. (Believe Excluded).

The one thing that makes me not like this album is how LONG it was. I love metal and all, but I just cant listen to more than hour of the same riff-riff-riff. It gets old after about 45 minutes.

The Sickness is nowhere near as good as this IMO---
Also, Todd McFarlane's artwork for TTF is awesome
