I agree, it's a strange album cover, but I kind like it. In terms of being generally very weird, it doesn't quite match up to Atreyu's The Curse, though. The difference is that I hate The Curse's album cover... It pains me just to look at it.

Good review. I listened to this yesterday and I don't remember a lot of it but I remember enjoying it. It'll take me a few listens to get a real feel for it, but I enjoyed it just as much as their other two (so 3.5-ish).

Better than SAF, similar to The Poison, still really really bland but one or two of the choruses are catchy. 1.5 is harsh imo.

Kerrang gave it 5/5 aka 5 K's and it doesn't surprise me because I was expecting them to award their new album 4 or 5. They kiss alot of bands asses like Bullet and worse. It's not even a metal magazine anymore, it's just full of posers who care about their fashion sense and hair rather than the music itself. It's pathetic.



Have to agree with ninjuice though, 1.5 is about harsh. There's ALOT of crappier stuff than this out there.

God this album is a pain to listen to in its entirely.

Personally i only slightly like 'a Place where you Belong' and 'Begging for Mercy' But both The Poison and Scream Aim Fire had way better songs on them. Pitty.
