I doubt it's ever going to happen. Arizmenda and Shataan have been the only noticeably active bands from BTC for awhile, and they post from their own sites now. Crepusculo Negro's bandcamp page is down, their main site is down... unless they're restructuring, this scene is done.

Their store page is still active and they periodically have merch updates etc, last time they went quiet they dropped tltic and volahn’ 2nd Lp. So i wouldn’t give up hope just yet.
