Some good tracks, but a lot of average ones. The only ones i could ever get into were Down With the Sickness, Voices, and The Game.

You gotta take this album for what it's worth, another mediocre nu-metal album with a few stand out tracks.
This is a nu metal record I can actually go back to and listen without a sicking feeling.
I haven't really heard their shit from other album besides Prayer, which is a decent song, and really don't want too.

Oh but this definately isn't a 4.5......holy shit how can one think this is a 4.5.
No real nu-metal bands creat +4 albums, with the exception of Deftones and maybe Hybrid Theory.

I agree with Thor.
Disturbed are very tame, very predictable, and just not original.
That being said, some people are overly harsh on them.
This album is just below average, but not that bad.
|

I agree with High and Driving, Deftones are the best nu-metal band, and no nu-metal bands produce albums over a 4.
And this is one of the more average nu-metal bands.

The Game is an unique track....I don't really think you can say the same for this album or band.

Could it really be classified as metal? More like mainstream heavy rock...nu metal whatever...
The story behind "Droppin Plates":
David Draiman is liftin weights and his wife comes in and tells him "dinner's ready" and hes like stfu damnit and throws his iron weight at her...then he gets all pissed and writes a song about it...
