I'm still somewhat surprised that this band had it in them

I think the thing about the more poppy songs on this album is while they may have fitted onto Liberation Transmission they would have been the best songs on that album by a country mile.

Unfortunate but I had to drop my rating here after the last listen. Got incredibly bored. Might go up again... we'll see. 3 is still a huge surprise.

"I'm still somewhat surprised that this band had it in them" Nah, not me. I actually think they've still got a Davey 5 left in them.
"I think the thing about the more poppy songs on this album is while they may have fitted onto Liberation Transmission they would have been the best songs on that album by a country mile." I disagree with that Dogget. I seriously love 'Cant Catch Tomorrow' & 'Rooftops'.
"Unfortunate but I had to drop my rating here after the last listen. Got incredibly bored. Might go up again... we'll see. 3 is still a huge surprise." You change your mind so much Adam... You're like a woman.
"i had an mp3 credit for amazon and i had a choice between this and "dear agony" and i went with dear agony. soon tho, ill give this a shot." This is better than Dear Agony, but I do believe you'll get the theacademy.

Here's the video to 2nd single 'Where We Belong'... There's some serious self-love of the fringe going on here:

Nah, I just know how to balance the critical & fun side of me.
You know, if Lostprophets ever break up, I know what's going to cause it; Someone messing up his fringe one time too many.

'Can't catch tomorrow' is decent, my favourite from that album but I hate 'rooftops' that might just me connecting the disapointment of that album with the lead single.
I'm in that video to 'Where we belong' somewhere.

"...that might just me connecting the disapointment of that album with the lead single." Ahhh, finally someone admitting that there is such a thing as 'lead single syndrome'.
"I'm in that video to 'Where we belong' somewhere" Are you the one mucking up Ian's fringe?

Dstryr kinda has a rage vibe, i mean the intro and Ian's grunt yell. I dunno but reminds me of rage everytime

Yeah, I saw that written somewhere else. I don't necessarily disagree with it, but didn't think it worth mentioning in the review.

BTW LG, I didn't mind that Rishloo song you shoutbox'ed me. Whether I could take a full album of that sort of stuff (a'la Karnivool) is another matter.
