it's how i quit smoking. but ive been abusing it a bit much lately and no wi cant sleep!!

i tried to quit smoking with chew. this probably sounds fucked up but i really like the feelings of my gums getting cut up lol. but yeah it was no proper substitute for me just because of potency issues. stuff was too strong for me to do often enough to keep my oral fixation at bay

i never smoked more than like 5 a day, so putting pouches in worked ok for me. plus i love how strong it is. good for maintaining bowel regularity too

Despite most of Sole's stuff sucking, this album is amazing. I dug it out again recently and it blows my mind more now than it did in the past. Obviously from a purely hip hop perspective this doesn't stand up to the greats but to me that misses the point of what's so great about this album. The absolutely apocalyptic soundscapes combined with its criticism of modernity make this a unique but very relevant album
