Back Burner grew on me a little after a while but I did think quite a bit of the album was sub-standard. The last two tracks are great though.

This band will never make another album even close to this. Shame.

the vocals are really loud on this, which is quite annoying because they are so monotonous
and there's too many breakdowns, but I might give this a chance

the screamed vocals are annoyingly monotonous yeah but the riffing is rather nice.

it's enjoyable but I'm not feeling the urge to revisit any of it

In Sincerity is fucking awesome, and it's fun to play on guitar.

I remember learning this album front to back on guitar, and I've forgotten it all. I need to get back into this album.

Very.
Listen to In Sincerity and you'll have the urge to listen to this whole album.

It's like if Mis Sigs are the kings of melodic metalcore (I know that's not really a viable genre),
these guys are the assistants to the king. At least on this album. Changes was decent, but Back Burner
and Wasted Youth suck so bad.

Hmmm. I shall check it then

I know your musical taste at this point. You won't be disappointed.

Back Burner has some extremely catchy songs on it. If Back Burner had less clean vocals I would probably enjoy it so much more.

"cause counterparts is much better than these guys"
They are way more hardcore-influenced than FTFD. This is straight metalcore.

Yeah but Counterparts has no nostalgia for me. This has ton's of it
