Umm, thanks for that Tom. I'm unsure that was required to be honest.

Yeah thats pretty dreadful, I'm not really sure what to say...

As for why I listened to 'White Witch' first as opposed to your recommended tracks was due to this line Davey:

Track 6 ‘White Witch’ effectively acts as a bridge between the two halves

basically I thought that if I started with the 'bridge track' then I could get a good feel for the whole album rather than just one half of it, clever huh.

Darn it, don't you just hate it when (a) you get your words quoted back on you, and (b) people use logic!? You are indeed very "clever" Ross. I have no comeback... For now!

"You're welcome" tripleb2k... I'm glad you enjoyed the album.

Thanks Upagainstthewall... But I won't have none of this "side-project" talk... Unless you are talking about Karnivool themselves now! ;-)

^^^ & notice that Croc has yet to make a comment since. Either he (a) is happy sticking with the number of the beast, or (b) has been possessed by the devil.

Oh no, Croc has made 7 further comments.

And darn it, I now can't get "6 - 6 - 6... The number of the beast" out of my head!

Pieces are starting to fall into their places.

You're right DaveyBoy, It's the latter half of the album that carries me away. All the way from "Armour for Liars" to "Medicine" it's very impressive. It's Hit I say! But then in comparison the first half is too secure. It's not a Miss though, just not quite that captivating.

All in all An excellent record.

Great to hear ShatteredSoul. And while it is the latter half of the album which will win many over, I think that the quality of the singles on the first half is what will draw most people in the first place. I think the 2 halves really do work well together!

The cover for this is supergayness, but this is turning out to be pretty cool nonetheless.

I'm not even certain what the album cover means or relates to, but album is indeed cool. Almost as cool as the review! ;-)
