think the best lyric on here is probably "you're the shit and i'm knee deep in it" or when the lyrics change at the end of the twist to "the twist is that you're just like me" or maybe "i think i'll save suicide for another year" which makes me cry about 50% of the times i listen to it or it could be "i'm still in love with you can't admit it yet" oh wait also "the fast blood hurricanes through me and rips my roof away"... yeah pretty tough to pick a winner really

I can't decide what the best lyrics in here are. "I'm not ready to see you this happy" hits really hard too.

I can completley apprectiate where you're coming from with regards to having experienced what Scott is talking about.



For me, when I heard this record, I'd come out of a three year relationship the year prior and well, the only way I can put it, is by saying whenever I listen to this it genuinly feels as though it was written about me: thats how personally attached I am.



I love how this is a jumbled journey from the beginning of the end, the end, and the aftermath of his relationship. For a long time, "Good Arms vs. Bad Arms" was my favourite because I remember seeing my ex in a night club about 2 months after a bitter ending, with her new fella (who she had cheated with to cause the breakup)



Sorry about the life story, but I think you get the idea.



This record is so fucking good, it's almost untrue. As I've said before, lyrically, I struggle to recall hearing anything better than this, ever.
