I kinda get what you mean hawks, but i see it a little more like at the gates/dark tranquillity style melo-death with folk instruments. Still a very good album, didnt have as much replay value as i expected, however. Tarvos, Grey Sublime Archon, and Bloodstained Ground ftw.
