His vocals are the epitome of inaccessible. They are also the epitome of original, for metalcore anyways. His screams and shrieks are very grating, but they are also incredibly emotional and almost scary. I can literally say I haven't heard anyone scream like he does, which is a difficuly feat, especially in a genre swimming with generic copy cats. Try the album a couple 12 more times.

^mostly the singer...i mean, i understand that he's different...but his screams still just annoy the living fuck out of me...
...i've given this a few more listens, and the guitars have actually sort of grown on me, but they arent really anything to write home about...and everything else...eh.
that's my just my opinion though and i respect all of yours.

Yeah vocals actually took a while for me to get into as well but now I think they are great but no where near as good as the instruments which are just perfect
