These first two Anneke records have something special I can't quite put my finger on. They became even better afterwards with Planet and the three that followed in my opinion, but Mandylion and this one are so good. So genuine! And I love how audible the bass is. And the guitar playing is too good.
On Most Surfaces is one hell of an opener, jeeeesh.
