I mean he kind of seems irreplaceable since his sound has been a part of the band for its entirety, but Jaz has said in the past that the plan is for the band to continue indefinitely and that all members have chosen who is to replace them when their time is up (then again, I guess it is Jaz so maybe it was baloney and just hot air - time will tell)

Turn to Red apparently turns 45 today... first Killing Joke... easily overlooked in the discog... excellent... check it out



...have to add though figuring out the proper tracklisting for that release continues to fucking puzzle me mostly in regards to the two versions "Turn to Red" and "Almost Red"... maybe they were avin a laff

I think, a year onwards from his passing, I can safely say that Geordie is my fave guitar player ever. He is just such an inventive player and that flangery sound he's got is so sinister.
