seeing these in may and hoping their new album isn't shit

I Can Hear The Heart right up there, contender. This quite some way below. I haven’t really given this much time though.

Give it time
Everyday is a gorgeous opener

Needa check this one. The previous 3 are all excellent.

This was their most instant for me. However I did listen to it for the first time at 1am winter walk which is insanely fitting.

Like their others this'll def have to grow on me a bit but I'm already enjoying it quite a bit after just a few listens. Yeah there's a bit of filler but this is more about the vibe than their previous few are so it doesn't matter as much; somehow it manages not to drag despite being longer than ICHTHBAO.

cherry chapstick is such a banger

I feel like, coming at the end of an already pretty long album, "Night Falls On Hoboken" should drag but somehow it seems to drag less than some of the other songs here do...a song that perfectly captures a very specific feeling and just rides it out as long as possible.

Very good album that I have some ambivalence about. They did a show where they played a lot of this and it was boring. I love “Madeline”

Yeah I'm kind of going back and forth on this a bit, some listens it's bliss and some listens it drags. I solidly love around 5 of these tracks ("Our Way to Fall", "Tony Orlando", "Tears Are In Your Eyes", "Cherry Chapstick", "Hoboken") but most of the rest are really good too, just haven't stuck with me quite as much so far.

The synth/organ/keyboard/whatever-it-is tone on "Our Way To Fall" is fucking gorgeous.
