That works, but be ready for a few duds on that album. Opens incredibly strong, though.

Be warned though, the early stuff is pretty raw even if it is fantastic.

This Is a Long Drive is the best Modest Mouse album. The "duds" are meant to be jarring and abstract, especially songs like Dog Paddle and Might.

I like this album a lot. In the minority here but I like it just as much as LCW, but not more than TM&A..



This album is great, favorite tracks: Parting of the Sensory, Spitting Venom, Steam Engenius and Fire It Up.
