This album is surprisingly good. I found it one day at a record shop. It's much better than anything else they have ever released.

If Slipknot would have stayed like this with only 6 members and with Corey Taylor instead of Anders, they would have been so much better. Don't get me wrong there two albums after this one are really good. Vol. 3 was good, but a little too mainstream.

It's sad but true, they had a real characteristic sound with the distorted guitars and they ropey sounding slap-bass, it's a pity to hear (or not hear should i say) him now.This Message Edited On 04.19.07

This sort of a mixed bag but quite good nevertheless.
Slipknot, Do Nothing/Bitchslap and Gently are all you need.

Easily Slipknot's best album....nothing but a Mr. Bungle rip-off.

I love Slipknot and this cd is definitly one of my favorites along with Vol. 3 and Slipknot! Unfortunatly I had to download it because the cd is no longer in production which is really a shame.

I blame the clown guy. From what I've read he changed Slipknot's sound because he wanted to earn more money.
