both growers so if you already love this from repeated listens and have never heard that one, it's not highly likely to be immediate...
but I'd say they are on par... argument to be made for either one... kind of a matter of preference... they have slightly different tone (though it's the same project so obviously share a lot in common too)
jesu I'd say is a bit heavier overall... bit more crushing... sadder/more depressing... a bit less of the hopeful elements and a bit more of the hopeless... Conqueror has an uplifting/transcendent side that comes through stronger than on jesu

damn, it took a while to grow on me since the 20 minute runtime was a mild deterrent, but yeah once it clicked fuck "Heart Ache" is *chef's kiss* especially that bit it culminates to once it gets near the last 5 minutes or so
and the B side "Ruined" is also dope... might have been the one that started growing/clicked first for me between the two tracks if I remember correctly
