Album is pretty vapid by Ulver standards, lacks that emotional drive the band is known for.

Yea the only real flaw this has is some of the lyrics. Music is fantastic from beginning to end.

I think Shadows will always be their best.

the corny lyrics kind of make it cool. but yeah the immaculate music and electronic influence is why I dig this so much

this really effected me because i decided to see what it was like jamming this when the eclipse was going down. i had gotten off work about an hour before it happened and was just driving around, but then with this playing, the shifts in skylight made for a pretty potent memory.

I think they suit the pop style they were aiming for on this album

garm's vocals also fit this style of music perfectly, he's pretty much doing the same vocal stylings as shadows. amazing combo with this synthpop/ art pop nod.

The lyrics at least follow a theme and are somewhat memorable, I think it deserves credit for that. Plus the chorus to Rolling Stone is lit af.

@Animals The albums that have affected me the most are often paired with certain memories. I think there is a certain magic to music's ability to capture a moment in life.

I like plenty of the lyrics, like Rolling Stone as you mentioned, but as Animals said they're kinda corny in places that's all.
