The vox are great though. Very good technique and I love when they slide a half step into key. Rly adds character to the vocal melodies by being somewhere between off and right on the dot assuming ppl know what I'm on.

Fair enough. It took me awhile to appreciate the cleans here, but that never fully happened for me on their debut. It was like I knew what they were shooting for and then they hit the mark with this.

Yeah you know, I do think these guys got talent and I don't think their music is bad. There's just that little sparkle missing that makes the music click with me and makes me want to come back to it.

I've had that before with plenty of bands. I clicked hard with these guys. Makes me feel like I'm listening to a death metal band comprised of people who live in Middle-Earth.
