No way KEA > Justice, lol. KEA is just too unfocused.

lol Geadom, KEA has the passion and energy, AJFA just drags hard despite having some great moments. KEA wins by a landslide for me.

seriously!? Kill em all is a bunch of beer drinking teenagers doing what they love and thrashing out, the youthful exuberance carries the whole thing so well. Not to mention that it's got better songs too, AJFA is basically a band dragging a 4 minute song over the space of 7-9 minutes with no real reason too other than they were running out of ideas. AJFA drags it's arse like a dog missing it's hind legs

AJFA is different record from kill em all and its a classic for what it represents.

i won't deny it's classic status in what it did for thrash and metal in general as it brought things to the mainstream that weren't there before, but it's still the least interesting of their first 4 records.

Its not only that. The progressive side of AJFA was unheard of at the time. In fact, I think Metallica invented Progressive Thrash with that record.

I think Watchtower and Voivod did it a bit earlier but it was definitely one of the first progressive thrash albums.

I have both KEA and AJFA at 4.5 but I enjoy KEA more.

I guess but I still think Kill 'Em All destroys it.
