I disagree with what you said about the singing in Porcelain Heart I really like his vocals, although the lyrics are a bit stupid

The only problem with this is that terrible downtuning acoustic epilogue at the end of Burden. It's kind of like an extended kaleidoscopic cramp.

That acoustic section was bold and transformed the song from being something nice to ugly at the drop of the hat. I fancy it.

The unconventional parts on this album just prove my point that Opeth flies far above most metal elitists heads. For example, that amazing fill about half-way into "Porcelain Heart" gives me a raging clue (and no, it does not sound out of place).
