I'm probably in the minority of people that finds Minutes To Midnight and A Thousand Suns as their most interesting works. That's not to say they're great or anything, but I appreciate that they were going for something different instead of milking the nu metal train for the rest of their career.

Yeah, if I were you, I’d probably have that slotted at a 4.5 as well with that in mind. Assuming most of the “everything else” is a 5 and not a 4, otherwise I’d probably even have it at a 4 tbh
But everyone rates slightly differently!

Those are some of their better works, ATS being a 4.5 for me.

@Zig that's probably the best song here. That and "Nobody's Listening."

Don’t Stay, Lying From You, Figure 9, BTH Somewhere I Belong and Numb are best here (so like half of the songs lol).
This was my fav LP for the longest time. It was when I got into them (I was a teen when HT came out and liked Crawling but didn’t buy it until after Meteora).
I took my girlfriend (now wife of 14 years) to see them on the Meteora tour and it was balls to the wall intense energy. Just banging the whole time.

This is almost as good as hybrid theory and should be especially appreciated for being the last excellent linkin park album — you know, before they somehow made a career out of recording dog shit for almost a decade. Linkin Park is the face of numetal and they became something really unfamiliar. Stupid waste, I think numetal could have become a really good genre if better talent stuck around to mature it.

I will agree that their first two are by far their most memorable
