I fucking love the concept and atmosphere of this album when it's story based (e.g. the first 2 songs) but the songwriting lets the album down for me :[. Probably a 3.5 for me if I listen again.

besides glam metal has some good albums despite of the amount of cliches ( Stay hungry, slave to the grind, Inside the electric cricus, hysteria, appetite for destruction and more).

Also the song writing is probably the best thing about this album, along with the vocals.
