^ agreed! Orchid is awesome, but it's just cool riff after cool riff. Morningrise took a step towards slightly more cohesive songwriting (far from perfect) but MAYH they nailed it. MAYH was one of the biggest evolutions the band went through.

haha I was actually responding to Mongi. IMO Orchid is just riff, stop, new riff, stop, new riff. I like it but I think Morningrise had better transitions between sections especially with the acoustic parts.

I think he was agreeing with me. There's nothing particularly wrong with Orchid, in fact I love it, but it drags a little more than this one. The only two that beats MAYH are SL and BWP.
