Yeah Waco Jesus is tight, it's wild when a band like this releases a remotely straightforward song and people are like 'this sucks it sounds like da radio'

I probably wouldn't dig a full album of this sound but like Greyhaven's first single from the last one I'm into it for what it is. Also some big Glassjaw influence on this one that I'm digging.

i think it is worth noting again that their current lineup is pretty different to the one who wrote/recorded this album (completely new lead guitarist and drummer, also seems they don't have a keyboardist anymore?)...
you can find videos of them performing some of these songs, exactly as they are on this album, over a year before the album dropped with the old members
with that in mind i guess it shouldn't be super surprising the new single sounds a bit different
