Nah I have a lot of Belgian friends, and I live 5km from the border so almost a Belgian myself in a way haha. When I was more north I had someone ask me directions. I said I didn't now and the person immediately said: Owh ofcourse you don't. Guess my 'Brabants' accent was a little obvious, even though I don't consider it obvious at all, guess the soft-G's and R's spoke volumes.

Oh I'm not even starting talking about accents, the part where I come from has the largest amount of Italians (and Turkish to a lesser degree) in whole Belgium. Our Dutch sounds kinda weird because of it.
