I forgot that this man really used strings, runs, and fade out at the end of this song. Like he's so damn passionate about thongs. Maybe the strings in the end are symbolic to the g-string? Real food for thought.

Nah dude. Popular and classic are so different to me. Classic records are triumphs of art and songwriting, not just shit that got big. And it's all subjective, granted.

To respond to what Jeet said earlier, I was one of those people that got into Drake via this album. Before listening to this I hated Drake for no other reason than because he’s Drake. Now I’m a huge fan of his. It’s possibly a classic, and Drake has multiple of them. If not tho, Take Care is an undeniable classic cmon now

It's aged pretty poorly imo, but it was great to me in the time it came out. I just listen to it now and it feels pretty dated. Kinda like T.I.'s music. Never thought of Take Care as a classic though. But it's probably his best.

Take Care is definitely a classic and my friend still gives me shit for it. He thinks Drake is a clown which like he is but like that's part of the package. Take Care doesn't have a bad song on it, it still hits today, flows like butter, and the production is stellar

Nothing Was The Same is pretty good too, but now he just puts out way too much mediocre music. Getting tired of digging through 23 song projects every other season to find a few gems

Eh as a massive advocate for artists maxing out discs I’m ok with it.

Like half of Scorpion is really fucking good between the two discs and I trim it down to my personal favorites to listen to but I’m still happy the other songs exist

Like in general I’d much rather hear the tracks from someone than not even if they’re weak just because I’m a fan and want to hear everything good or bad
