this album's pretty good, with great moments
KNY was a behemoth to me, I don't even know how to react when people act like it's shit; I mean hell even SNW I could understand people not getting or whatever but KNY's just kind of got it all, second to only White Pony for me, really, and even then it's about on the same level

this album has similar problems to koi. a few of the songs here end with reallllly generic breakdowns and i can't figure out why

I kind of get it. 'Got it all' can easily be construed as 'Deftones by-the-numbers'
Still doesn't excuse the fact that they're missing that Leathers is clearly the best Deftones song ever

it's def one of the best
KNY to me is like them coming back to the kind of "dreamy" atmosphere's they were going for on SNW but with just a clearer idea of what they wanted, & instead of that meaning the album was more predictable, it just leads to every track kicking that much more ass, really
there's very little fat on KNY, no pun intended
