whole album uses comparisons to get its point across. Stinkfist is comparing the need to get a fist up your ass just to get off to how we all over indulge in shit to make us happy (hardcore sex acts) so we dont appreciate the little things in life (normal sex). Adam has also said he knew a guy who just took on life by the balls and worked with his hands all day so everyone called him stinkfist and thats where the idea came from
